The party wishes to emphasize that a vote for these withdrawals is NOT a vote to change any particular law, ONLY to open the floor for debate on the change of laws as the will of the Kirlawan people demands. | Message | OOC: Bear in mind, as you vote ICly, that OOCly several of these treaties are ratified ONLY by Kirlawa, as is the case in my other withdrawal bill, making the treaties pointless except as an exploitative lock on the laws of Kirlawa to limit the ability to raise visibility. |

Plus, its various articles are either duplicated in other treaties, are a little on the strict side, or both. We oppose the other nine withdrawals. |
