| Message | Mr Speaker, if a certain drug is needed for an urgent medical treatment, it will be paid anyway, since the law states that "health care is paid by the state for people on low income". However, it is not cruel, inhumane or whatever to demand a small personal contribution for pills against harmless things such as headache.
