We propose a bill to change the policy on granting citizenship. We propose having those who wish to become a citizen of Aloria pass a basic test of our History and beliefs. The test will be a simple test and certain exceptions will be made for those who are mentally handicap. |

Message | "This is completely wrong law to change. This law is affecting ALL citizens of Aloria, not just immigrants! But if you want to change the law so everyone must have a degree to call themselves citizens of Aloria, then fine. But just so you understand what law it is you are trying to change. This is the current law for immigrants: "Government policy concerning granting nationality.
