Description[?]:
Explanations will be split for each proposal 1: charter schools- The implimenation of charter schools into the field of education is long overdue; charter schools provide a more flexible amount of studies and when made on a specific focus mold a child into succeding in said career field. For example a charter school can be focused on buisness adminstration, readying a new generation to lead our economy to victory in the future, or perhaps it could be focused on pyscology, sciences, mathmatics, the list goes on. 2: State and Privite Higher Education- our citizens have the right to choose between attending a state college or a privite institution, by allowing both to coexist rather than only government ran colleges to exist and run we will allow a broader range of fields to study and take a step further towards (state capitalism). 3:Standardized Testing vs Field Testing: We must impliment standardized testing as the main form of testing our students knowledge and abilites for it is a measure of what students retained from their teachings and more directly reflects the said students school's ablity to educate them, but this does not mean that field testing will be abolished for nothing can replace hands on work, this bill is mearly to implement the usage of both but to put a heavier focus on standardized testing. 4: Public vs Private Schools- Same reason as article 2 just differnt educational level. 5: Compulsatory Educational Limit- By raising the compolsitory educational limit to 21 we will now be making a society in which people must atleast obtain an associates degree (in any field of choice of course, or specific fields which can be applied and of use in society such as economics or buisiness adminstration); in other words this bill will cause the next generation to be a better educated and trained society not only giving us an edge economically, but technologically as well; in addition, if this bill is implemented the next generation wont need as much of a welfare state for with an associates degree they will also be better paid which in turn will help our budget by cutting cost's (responibly). |
