Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3455

Description[?]:

Decisive action is necessary to put an end to the cannabis epidemic that is ravaging Dranland. As well as being addictive, cannabis can do lasting psychological damage to those who abuse it. Cannabis is linked to paranoia, mental ill-health and increased risk of developing schizophrenia.

MessageMadam Speaker,

Banning medicinal use of cannabis is unbearably cruel from the usual non-cruel Gukmindang. At times this is the only (cheap or otherwise available)alternative for those who are in extreme pain when nothing else can reduce the pain.

MessageMr. Speaker, there is no consensus amongst the medical community for the argument that cannabis should be used for medicinal purposes. There are safer and more effective ways for people to be treated than through using cannabis.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The Werin Da holds no opinion on the issue of using cannabis for medical purposes and is open for discussion on the issue. We however strongly support all recreational drug use with obvious exceptions like tobacco, alcohol and coffee.

MessageMr Speaker

I am surprised that The Evil Cult wants to ban drugs, how they can get their members to get high, and bare them to listen the cult's leaders or get new members.

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval.
