MessagePresidium has, to my knowledge, referred to two things; the ruling body of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, and the executive branch in Germany. So it really doesn't fit as the name of a legislature, and it may imply again that we are somehow similar to the USSR.

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election.

Random quote: "From my point of view, the killing of another, except in defense of human life, is archistic, authoritarian, and therefore, no anarchist can commit such deeds. It is the very opposite of what anarchism stands for." - Jo Labadie
