Bill: Condemning Incoming Mail Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Radical Freedom Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2158
Description[?]:
The Federal President recieved the following communication from the Aloria Green Socialist Party in Aloria. I suggest that we not only reject their proposal, but inform the government of the Confederated Regions of Aloria that they have a disloyal party that is turning to abroad for foreign intervention. We find such actions incompatible with democracy. Communication follows: -------------- Dear Federal President Jan Willem Daatman, The Independent Centrist Party is acting like Hitler. They get the support of many political parties and thus win Head of State. They have made cabinent bills that get us out of power, and do other things to try to ruin us. We thus need your help. If you can somehow get the facist capitalists out of power and give us HoS, be it invasion or less obvious intervention... We would glady support Rutania internationally and you would have a valuable ally. Our enemies control roughly over half of Aloira's parties seat-wise so it will be difficult. That is why we are turning to international support. - Wolfgang Fielder ------- The President hereby asks the government to issue a firm condemnation as well as inform the Alorians about this situation. Who know where else they have tried to seek support. |

Message | We are not a revolutionary party! maybe you should have taken a little time to look into my history to make this look at least a *little* more believable... Why would you want to set me up RFP? For kicks? Or are you and the ICP old chums? |

Message | We merely recieved this communication and decided to publicise it. I have virtually no knowledge of your background history. All I know is that we have never had problems with our northern neighbours and I do not intend to start. |

Message | If what the AGSP says is true then there must be a investigation, the Rutania Intelligence Agency sould have know about this, the Federal President has no right to rat this Party out before speaking to the Federal States Parties. However, i see no reason why a Party shouldnt want control of the State, and to Be Called Hitler i think goes to Far. The ICP better coem up with some real answer, and so should the AGSP, a act of war isnt a simple thing. |

Message | We are discussing this with the Federal States Parties now, are we not? This discussion is about whether we condemn this act and inform their government, or not. Of course, I cannot help that all debates in parliament are public... |

Message | We have apologised to the ICP in Aloria, and also demand an investigation. We are still very suspicious of the RFP as no such communication was entered into by the AGSP. We are willin to ask any questions asked of us to cooperate. I ask the parties of Rutania to be on their guard, as one of their number appears to have very dishonest, and dangerous intentions... |

Message | OOC: again, some debate was lost here due to the restore. Putting to vote again. :/ My message was to the extent that the President has nothing against a public inquiry. |

Message | Surely the Freedom Party sees that we must condemn efforts by the Aloria Green Socialist Party? Some of our Northern neighbours tried to get us involved into a military conflict, upsetting their internal democracy. The President feels that we should unite to unanimously reject their proposal, as well as inform the Alorian government of the situation. The AGSP has already been removed from their parliament as a result of this scandal, and failing to take a position in support of their government could have a negative impact on our relations with our northern neighbours. |
