| A bill to end the unregulated introduction of early-stage GM crops. GM material is in early days. Our Syndicate believes that the production of GM crops at this stage, should be prohibited. However, further research is necessary for possible breakthroughs in the future, which will guarantee their production is secure to both consumers and the ecosystems around their production. It is time for the research facilities to have greater decision making over the production and sale of GM food. |
