| In a Final Effort to overthrow the Czarist we, in this bill, are establishing a no fly zone over Deltaria. We are also blockading all their ports on the sea and Majatran lake. The air force and navy shall be called into action to preform this duty. The Czar of Deltaia, his cabinet, and his high ranking officials are now declared criminals of crimes against humanity and democracy and Zardugal offers a bounty of 100,000 Zard for the capture of the Czar and 50,000 for the others listed. This Bill allows for 50,000,000 of funding to be used in the actions listed in this bill. This bill must be renewed every year since the day of its passing. |
