Message | What's more dangerous; a man having a puff on the top of a mountain or walking past the vent of an ac system? This is ridiculous over regulation - the outdoors should be the LAST place to be banned for smoking. |

Message | Outdoors=outside of a building. Not deep in woods. So this stops people from smoking in public parks, at street corners...anywhere that there is a large group of people affected by second hand smoke. And to answer your question: Smoking is more dangerous than cooled air discharge. |
