| Mr Speaker, I am here today to speak on an issue which all of us can and should agree on. The Union of Majatran Nations does valuable work in promoting Pan- Majtranism and a common voice for the nations of Majatra. A valuable member of this organization is Jorah Gullimant, former Vice-Foreign Minister and now Permanent Representative to the UMN from Zardugal. He has been a voice of force, reason and he has been willing to compromise in building the UMN. He has worked tirelessly for this goal and he has never shied away from any task whether it be working to end the 2nd Great Majatran War, coordinating reconstruction aid in Jakania or campaigning tirelessly for the remaining Majatran nations to join the UMN. As such his appointment rests on executive authority and while we are fully confident his appointment is legal and right we would like to start a new precedent and ask that this Congress confirm him in his office and back him as he tirelessly works for Zardugal and the UMN.
