| Due to our glorious allegiance to both the Indralan Commonwealth and the Holy Alliance, as well as our duty to protect Deltaria from aggressors, we will be sending 75,000 troops to the conflict in the side of the Czar once more. These soldiers will be under the commend of General Reynaldo De Valle, and will come into effect immediately after the bill's passing. |

| Message | The idea that this was a war of human rights is the worst lie ever told by Zardugal in this conflict, since their allies committed worse crimes against humanity than Deltaria. This is a war started by Zardugal because they want to relive the 'glory days' when they ruled the world and declare war on any who stood in their way.
