| Dear legislators of the Felinist Republic, The Lions Vanguard wish to send 15000 volunteers from our various paramilitary organisations to Deltaria, to assist them in their war effort against the Zardic anti-freedom alliance. Due to the political sensitivity of this matter, I must ask you to confirm the legality of this action, and to confirm Barmenia's neutral stance in the war and commitment to restoring peace on the continent. I also ask you to guarantee providing our troops with the necessary food and medical supplies, should the need arise. Our troops will be led by and mostly hail from the well-disciplined, renowned organisation known as the Crimson Crusade. They will be placed under Deltarian command, and I am ascertained that these will make their compatriots at home proud of being Barmenian. Felis Vindice!
