| NOTE: This bill/Act does not amend the cultural protocols but adds more details to make it easier and more realistic. And all the bills specify that the demographics could change, this established officially the Kizenian dominance but strengthens the Zyldavians. NATION NAMES: this nation is both known as either New Endralon or Kizenia, both are historical and formal names that can and have been used. ETHNICITIES: *NEW ENDRALONIANS/ZYLDAVS: The Zyldavs or New Endralonians are the people descendants of the Endralonian colonists from New Endralon/Kizenia's colonial past. Their culture is based on the works of TinTin and resemble a Eastern Slavic-Dutch culture, their religion is mostly Luthorian (Protestant) and their names are mostly slavic/Romanian influenced. They live mostly in Endraland/Kuzaki and Sodali/Zyldavia. They speak the ''Zyldavian language'' which is basically Syldavian: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syldavian *KIZENIANS: The Kizenians are the native people who lived here prior to the colonial era. They are based on Romanians and their language; ''Kizenian'' is Romanian. They live mostly in Nepole/Tiania, Tilarnia, Kutohaderia/Desland. The Kizenians are primarily Patriachal (Catholic) and follow the Kizenian Patriarchal Church. *KUZAKI: The Kuzaki are the smallest ethnic group in Kizenia who are losing more and more ground to the ever growing Kizenian and New Endralonian population. The Kuzaki originate from the West of Dovani and are based on the cultures and people's from the Far East. Their language is based on a combination of Japanese and Tartar. They mostly live in Kutohaderia. | Message | Im leaving this open for debate, this does not breach the protocols and I dont wish to anger anyone, but I do wish to increase the importance of the New Endralonians but still keeping the Kizenians as most obvious dominant ethnicity.
