Message | Mr Speaker, This bill is nothing more than the wish list of the political left of the nation. We should not be intervening in private business affairs by encouraging the formation of so called "democratic" councils to run them. By arbitrarily raising taxes like this we risk hurting businesses all across the country when we are in no need of the extra revenue. Such taxation is only legalized theft when it does not have to do with government spending. And finally we are taking away the decisions of local governments how best to manage their forests. This is an extremely local issue as the national government does not know what is always good for localities. They know how best to protect their people. All in all the ADL has shown its ideological blindness in trying to radically alter a system which already works well. Tamerlan Zhakaev Leader of the Opposition |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I fail to understand the point of Mr. Zhakaev's first grievance. Democratic worker's councils are a key element of revisionism, and provide an alternative to the inherently antidemocratic capitalist management method. Our corporate tax rate is unsustainably low in comparison to the increases in spending the articles in this bill require. This measure also increases our currency turnover rate, to increase overall economic activity. Environmental issues should not be seen as local, as they affect us all in the long run. I would advise Mr. Zhakaev to remember his position. If he fights to prevent revision, he may be faced with a revolution. Message | Mr. Speaker, Honorary deputies, first of all I would like to state then we strongly agrees with mr. Zhakaev. Intervention into business affairs is the worst thing we can do and the quickest way to destroy our economy. Second I'm little bit puzzled about presenting one bill with so many articles. Because LCM may thing about support some conrete articles (13, 14), but the rest of Bill is rubbish. Liberal Conservative movement will definitely vote no. Lukas Heyduk, chairman of LCM |
