| Mr Speaker, This is highly unusual however we must act. The government of Deltaria is attpting to reform the nation and in reforming they are trying to forge better ties with us. In response we have agreed to a joint training mandate whereby 6000 paratroopers from the IX Corps will be deployed along with 4000 advisors from various military fields to increase cooperation. Also we will be sending an aid package to help the rural poor in he country who are suffering from political tension to the tune of 10 billion Zards. Joseph Cleos Foreign Minister Ooc: really were sending troops to help defeat the tsar. |
