Article I Restoration of the traditional Flag of Alduria Article II The Monarchy will 'oversee' appointment of mayors. This does *not* mean that they will be doing any direct appointments. Note that this does not say 'appoint', meaning that the full legislature will have to confirm it, as always. This Article VI Hereditary nobles are able to practice their traditional rights, but this is absolute not an re-introduction of Feudalism. Nobles will have *no* direct control over people or land, and all non-nobles remain fully entitles to the rights of landowners, citizens, and voters... Article VII The FitzJames family will hereby be recognized as House Stuart of Harkonia, and its head (currently James FitzJames, Earl of Berricke) will be legitimately entitled His Grace, The Duke of Harkonia; He will serve the first term as Viceroy of Alduria, and remain eligible for future elections to that Royal Office. |
