| Message | We can accept most of these, but §1 and §3 is out of the question; Hobrazia is a republic, nobility is a far removed from the Hobrazian way of life, the values and the constitution – dare I even say the national spirit. As for §3, it would be an unfair way to count votes, giving each vote different value and weight depending on where one lives. |

| Message | We do not agree with this analysis. Granting noble titles would be a good way of recognizing those who have made extraordinary contributions to our society, which would not counteract the republic seeing as even witth this reform, there would not be any political rights associated witth the titles. In the spirit of compromise, however, we'll drop the proposal for now. As for article 3, our proposal would do the opposite of what you claim, namely eliminate the current discrimination between regions that exists within the electoral system. |
