Details
Submitted by[?]: Red Freedom Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 3523
Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, We wish to recognize the right of the people to strike conditions they deem worthy of the action. Under current legislation, an employer may fire workers that he/she thinks aren't striking against a reasonable cause. Bias can play a very large role in this decision and as such, we propose that any employer wishing to fire striking workers must present a case to a third-party government board which will approve or deny the employer's case. We hope this process will result in the reduction of unjustly terminated employees across the republic. Iason Toles Red Freedom Party |
