Bill: The Founder's Unity Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: United Founder's Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 3572
Description[?]:
This bill is a two article bill that states two subjects: 1 - The use of torture from a Police Officer to a suspect to obtain information This ideology is not what our country stands for, we should only use torture on a terrorist, and that is only when absolutely needed, therefore, even military torture of Terrorists needs to be monitored, so this is our first proposal. 2 - The teacher's right to discipline children Right now, our country is being known as one of the most vulgar children populations in the world, we need to set up a decent foundation where, based on the education length, the teachers shouldn't have to sit through a class being bullied by the students, I am not saying to strike children, but to find other means of disciplinary actions rather than 'Detention' or 'Suspension' which some children find as a means of Pride to their friends and needs to be stopped by ensuring local governments may decide how to move from here. |

Message | Before the Conservative agrees to a bill similar to this we would need to know exactly what other means of disciplinary actions you are suggesting. As for torture, we believe that you are correct about the immorality of torture use by police officers. However, the Conservative Party would suggest a passing of a separate bill in which the following articles are included: a.) The use of torture by policemen is illegal unless their are extenuating circumstances b.) The military is permitted to use torture at their discretion in order to obtain information from suspected terrorists or people expected to know information that could save lives of Gaduridian citizens. |

Message | The founder's party agrees with 'B', as for letter 'a' with which you were referring too we believe it should be determined by the local governments to decide how to deal with a situation according to their standards and how bad the deed done by the child was, now although we advise not striking a child, we certainly believe a child will need to have the certain things our parents should provide us but cannot due to school being a form of growing for a child, things that aren't allowed are: - 'Timeout Chairs' (Due to humiliation) - 'Naughty Tables' (To separate the good behavior from the bad, this shows the difference to children) - 'A school reward system' (this would be set up by the local government to ensure children will look forward to obeying their elders) - Even teachers not being allowed to approach students on their behavior, because of fear of administration discipline. Because of this employment from teachers and the teacher's union has decreased rapidly This Act Supports our next generation of both students and Teachers, and ultimately the next generation of the school system and teaches to respect everyday Authority figures and permanently shows that there is no good in detention or suspension among your peers. Therefore good behavior will seep into the community and benefit our country as a whole. We hope this bill passes for the future of our nation, thank you. |

Message | The Conservative Party believes that we must have a federal law in place preventing teachers from striking children, so we will be abstaining on this bill. We do, however, support Article 1 if that were to be proposed in a separate bill. |
