| Following a request from the Chancellery in Mordusia, the Government of the People's Republic of Hutori hereby proposes economic sanctions to be applied against Mordusia by the Hutorian State for the purposes of affecting Socialist change and democratic action within that nation and taking a stance against Imperial and Zealot aggression against the People of Mordusia. We, the delegates of the Presidium of the People, do hereby adopt the following: That no monies, goods, or services originating from the Federal Republic of Mordusia are to be allowed to enter Hutori. That Hutorian State investment in Mordusian enterprises is to be halted immediately. That all persons affiliated with "Avant Mordus!" are to be labeled Enemies of the People, and shall not be permitted entry into the People's Republic of Hutori. That Hutori shall seize all assets and arrest all persons associated with Avant Mordus! within its borders. That citizens of Hutori are not to associate with Avant Mordus! That association with Avant Mordus! within the People's Republic of Hutori shall be deemed a felony offense. That no aircraft or sea vessel if Mordusia shall have landing or docking rights, emergency or otherwise, within Hutori. That no air carrier that carries service to Mordusia shall have overflight rights in Hutori. That Hutori shall direct funds, to be appropriated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, to the expansion of democratic socialism within Mordusia. That this legislature hereby calls for the people of Mordusia to reject religious fundamentalism and renew their dedication to building a Socialist state. That this legislature expresses its solidarity with Occupy Mordusia, and renews its commitment to emboldening the same. That this legislature affirms that persons and assets associated with Occupy Mordusia or other Socialist or People's fronts shall remain immune from the effects of this legislation. It is so ordered.
