| Madame Speaker, Nuclear weapons are an evil thing. Zardugal should FORBID the production of nuclear weapons, DISMANTLE any nuclear weapon manufactories in the nation, DESTROY any remaining nuclear stockpiles, DECOMMISSION and DISMANTLE all nuclear power plants, and destroy any enrichment facilities in the nation. All research or development of nuclear energy shall be immediately HALTED and any existing data be DESTROYED BEYOND RECOVERY. Zardic scientists who have been involved in the nuclear program should be ARRESTED by the police and EXILED from our nation along with their families, for the next five generations of their bloodlines.
