Bill: Mindesteinkommen, 3621
Details
Submitted by[?]: Solidarität
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3622
Description[?]:
Herr Präsident, Unlike the establishment parties, Solidarity is not beholden to the wealth elite and is brave enough to stand up for those struggling at the bottom. This is why we are proposing to guarantee every Crownlands citizen a decent minimum standard of living upon which they can subsist in dignity. It is a scandal that a nation as rich as ours has so many people below the poverty line. Now is the time to put things right! Max Siegel MdR Chairman of Solidarity Leader of the Opposition |

Message | OOC: This Article isn't about the minimum wage, its about the government-guaranteed minimum income. ie. if your income is below a certain level, the government tops it up to make sure you have enough money to live on. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
