| In response to the illegal and warmongering declaration of war issued by the Khanate of Jelbania against our Empire, the Army of the Imperial Augustan Army shall be fully mobilized and defensive measures against Jelbania shall be carried out. The Domestic of the North, Nikandro Heraklito, shall lead the Army of the North in repelling the Jelbek hordes and will defend out homeland from the northern barbarians.
