Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3640
Description[?]:
Herr Präsident, in order to establish nationwide standards for education as the Education Minister is currently attempting to do, we should also impose a uniform regulation on charter schools, although it should be noted that the transfer of power from local to national government that comes with it will not increase overall government interference in the sector of education, since this reform will grant charter schools as much autonomy as possible, only requiring them to pursue a specific and meaningful educational focus in order to receive approval from the Ministry of Education.
