| Message | We will agree to change the nation back to a commonwealth. We though do not wish to give up the flag at this moment. We believe is sets a stronger signal with the current flag. Also Narikaton is represented through the N in the flag. Also we do not believe that moving the capital back to Merenbürg is a solid solution. If you are afraid that the House of Dorsan will interere if its positioned in Doressa then choose a more neutral location for the capital. We though can accept the Rijksdag and the Kanzler titles. so drop 2 and 5 and we have a 100 % joint agreement. |

Furthermore, any infrastructure Doressa has or had for being the capital city has long gone. Move the capital to Doressa and you might find you have some very angry Narikatonites on your hands. |

| Message | We've had that before.... ;-) Also isn't there a rule against political parties involved with terrorist groups? How can the United Patriot Party threathen this Council with civil war? This is a democratic nation, you have for long not respected that. First with laziness and corruption, now you threathen this proud nation with civil war. This is indeed the true face of the Narikatonites we see here today. And we feel sorry for all those parties whose backbone is not strong enough to withhold the pressure from a threathening United patriot party. The IPP can't vote for this bill, but will discuss further compromise to secure the people and the nation. We can accept this if you remove article 5 (and keep the new flag). And we suggest or Ghacrow as the new capital. Easy to get to from all parts of the nation and it would be a compromise worthy of all interests. Also we think all the regions should operate with viceroys as we have suggested elsewhere. Viceroys who in direct line can be proven related to noble houses of the past. We can discuss on the selection of these viceroys in an upcoming proposal. We accept, that as long King Willem is at power, this nation will not become a grand empire worthy of its place in world history. We foresee instead isolationism and corruption. But we accept, to avoid what you call a civil war. The flag has nothing to do with ideologies and thus you have no right to be represented in the flag...Its a cultural and historic symbol which refers to our nations history.
