| Herr Präsident, we see no reason why law-abiding citizens should not be allowed to own a gun for recreational or defensive purposes. Furthermore, we see no reason why they should be compelled to advertise their gun ownership if they are carrying a gun in public. Therefore, we propose that the laws on gun ownership be liberalised, and that concealed carry be legalised. Under strict license conditions, individuals will be able to own guns and conceal them.
