| Message | Local police tend to be less harmful to the community, btw. There isn't really an issue w out of the area firefighters roughing people up. Japan has an awesome system, with police who grow up in their neighbor hood, and police in on bicycle w their partner from a tiny police station. It is designed to be small and not worth sitting in, like a janitors closet. That way the keep on patrol! |
