Bill: Budget proposal of October 3674
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 3675
Description[?]:
Senators, given the threat posed to us by the newly-created Ahmadi superstate on our border, it is imperative for Solentia to demonstrate she cannot be pushed around. We proposed cutting wasteful spending on the Finance Ministry and overseas aid, and using up our budget surplus, in order to fund a significant increase in our defence budget. This budget would allow Solentia to retain a small budget surplus. James Cholmondely Wolfpack Legislative Lead |

Message | "An increase of over 50% in overall Defence spending is a gross overestimation of the required finances required for an upgrade in Defence capability even if it were desired, which as far as this Party is concerned, it isn't." Rashed Sameer Hakim al-Aahil, Finance Minister |
Date | 00:14:19, June 02, 2014 CET | From | Wolfpack | To | Debating the Budget proposal of October 3674 |
Message | We are disappointed that the Unionists do not feel able to support the radical measures we believe this situation desperately requires. Nevertheless, in a moment of national emergency like this, we are prepared to compromise. Would the Unionists consider supporting a smaller increase in the defence budget than the one proposed here? |

Message | "The Unionists would not see an increase in Defence spending in the national budget. We instead urge the Wolfpack to instead look at using current Interior Department spending on strengthening national border control and asylum processing." Rashed Sameer Hakim al-Aahil, Finance Minister |

Message | Have the Unionists lost their senses? Kafuristan has gobbled up one of its neighbours already. Who is to say when it will turn on us next? We are in a moment of international crisis, facing possible invasion and annexation, and all the Unionists propose is to flood our borders with even more immigrants and refugees!! Message | "The Unionist policy is to maintain current spending levels to ensure a fair economy and to optimize spending in the Interior to strengthen our border controls, toughen-up asylum processing and bring immigration levels down." Rashed Sameer Hakim al-Aahil, Finance Minister |
Date | 00:39:09, June 02, 2014 CET | From | Wolfpack | To | Debating the Budget proposal of October 3674 |
Message | Rasheed Sameer Hakim al-Aahil obviously shares the ambition of his Ahmadi Majatran brothers to swamp Solentia with Ahmadi Majatran immigrants, decimate the native white Solentian population and absorb Solentia into an Ahmadi Majatran superstate. Why else would he be talking about rolling out the red carpet for even more Ahmadi Majatran immigrants when the real pressing need is to strengthen our border defences and rejuvenate our army? Date | 01:36:58, June 02, 2014 CET | From | Coalition for National Unity [CNU] | To | Debating the Budget proposal of October 3674 |
Message | "For a people so obsessed with preservation of our culture, Wolfpack leadership clearly struggle with our native language. The Unionists have already outlined several times plans to toughen-up immigration regulations, to strengthening border control and toughen-up asylum processing. The Wolfpack, by not supporting this agenda, shows it does not really care at all about bringing immigration down." Rashed Sameer Hakim al-Aahil, Finance Minister |

Message | "i don't like the idea at all. What is happening inside the liberal's and wolfpack'shead. We are not talking a word about this proposal.Bcauz it is better to preserve our part's and nation's prideness" NIRANJAN CPS |
Date | 20:50:50, June 02, 2014 CET | From | Grand Liberal Party | To | Debating the Budget proposal of October 3674 |
Message | Senators, Let us be clear. As the situation stands the only threat to Solentia is that posed by Wolfpack. The situation developing in neighbouring states does not currently pose any danger to us. What is causing damage to Solentia is the dangerous form of rhetoric currently spewing from Mr Cholmondley. I urge the people of of Solentia to protect their own interests and reject him and his henchmen fully in the coming elections. Henry Blakeney Den dense Minister |
Date | 01:29:53, June 03, 2014 CET | From | Wolfpack | To | Debating the Budget proposal of October 3674 |
Message | The threat posed to our national security and welfare by Kafuristan must not be ignored. Nor should the 14 million people who just voted for Wolfpack. This budget must pass; it is a matter of national survival. James Cholmondely Wolfpack Legislative Lead |
