Details

Submitted by[?]: National People's Front (NPF)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3679

Description[?]:

(((NOBILITY HOLDS NO POWER IN POLITICS IT IS ONLY USED AS CEREMONIAL AND FOR THE ASPECTS OF CULTURE AND EDUCATION ON ALORIAN HISTORY)))

::FROM PREVIOUS LEGISLATION::

I think Nobility such as titles is a great thing and expresses the culture of Aloria however they cannot have Political Advantages or else Aloria is not a Democracy.

Also we added it should not be Hereditary so that these titles are given by who you are, not your father/mother.

The President should be allowed to give out these titles to great people in the great nation of Aloria during his/her term.

HEREBY ESTABLISHES THE FOLLOWING TITLES,

- Duke/Duchess of Sildar
- Duke/Duchess of Ultran
- Duke/Duchess of Gavonshire
- Duke/Duchess of Krentori
- Duke/Duchess of Kurmal

- Count/Countess of Sildar
- Count/Countess of Ultran
- Count/Countess of Gavonshire
- Count/Countess of Krentori
- Count/Countess of Kurmal

- Baron/Baroness

All of the above hold no power in the government of Aloria what so ever.

Duke/Duchess serves as a Head of State Ceremonial Role within their State. They are purely chosen by the President to be considered one of the best people in the State and has contributed much to society and represents there state well.

Count/Countess is appointed by the President and the Duke/Duchess of the State as a secondary Head of State Ceremonial Role within their State. They are considered to be one of the best people of the state and represent it well.

Altogether the President appoints 10 Leading Royals, to represent Aloria well and be a great Ceremonial Role within Aloria, enriching alorians with the culture.

Baron/Baroness may be rewarded to anyone, anywhere in the Republic of Aloria for a great honor or simply just a great person in Aloria to be awarded by the President. From Famous Politicians to Writers to Religious Leaders to Community Service Undergoes. The President may each term give this reward out to 4 people max.

People hold these titles for the rest of their life they are in no way have no Governmental Role purely for the Ceremonial Looks ("To Show").

(OCC: It's like England pretty much, they don't hold any power they just wave and cheer people up)
