By the powers granted to parliament, approved by a 2/3 vote, in accordance with the Executive Order Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=359058), Parliament does hereby enact the following:

Article 1:
Executive Order VIII (EO-VIII-175.3) [http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=410518] shall be overturned in its entirety and stricken from the laws of the land.

Article 2:
This motion shall come into effect upon its passing through the Parliament of Rutania. This motion requires a 2/3 majority to take effect.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We are still waiting on an explanation on how this will benefit education in Rutania, Solidarity has still not given a response. If they don't we will be voting with the UPR to strike down Executive Order VIII.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The UPR asks that the Parliament consider repealing this order on the grounds that it neither follows any of the stipulations put into place in regards to issuing executive orders and that the administration is hesitant to provide a good explanation why the government should be in the business of constructing, funding and operating colleges and universities, especially considering the current law is a direct contradiction to what the President has proposed.
