MessageMr. Speaker,

Our nation is on the wrong track. Many liberal politicians have worked slowly over the years to grow a culture where work is demonized, patriotism is ignored, and morals are left on the side of the road. I cannot allow this to continue. Our society's problems are caused by this cultural shift. A liberal movement to harm our youth, our future generation. This bill ensures that our morals are heeded and that all people are put on the right track. I hope that the UCP will join in on this great revival of our great Alorian values.

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval.

Random quote: “The people's war isn't just a war of destruction, it is also a war of construction. We will build new facilities, new hospitals, new farms. We will seek to improve the lives of the people around us. This struggle will be as costly as the struggle against the bourgeois army, and indeed will be even more damaging to the enemy.” - Comrade X, former Hulstrian politician
