MessageNo, upon passage of this act children would _no longer_ be allowed to work in family stores. Nor newspaper routes, lemonade stands, etc.; nor apprenticeships. All "forbidden", as the article states.

Right now, by contrast, they're allowed carefully limited participation in these appropriate forms of work, and the (vast) regulations prevent any abuses.

MessageYes I once agreed with what the Democratic Party is saying but I think that this form of strictly regulated and minimal amounts of children doing small jobs in the work force is fine.
