MessageMr. Speaker,

Studies have consistently shown that private universities offer the best education and have very successful alumni. By nationalizing the higher education sector, the government risks that level of prestige and academic excellence. I would be open to debate this issue further and to perhaps reach a consensus on the issue, but this bill is a step that is dangerous to the future of our nation.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Education is the greatest weapon that any nation can spend money on - clearly except big nuclear weapons - with inspired minds and enlightened brains we can achieve and overcome. This national necessity is best left in the hands of the government who represents - or should anyway - the will of the people. Let the people own their own system, let the people be inspired by their own handiwork. This is a great achievement for any nation and we call on Education Minister Kobe Vit to join us in reforming the education of our land.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Science and Technology Minister, Ken Jenkins, released his annual syllabus on the expectations of private universities and technical and vocational institutes throughout the nation. In the two years that he has held the job, we've seen Aloria's test rates increase dramatically and we're now ranked second in the world, an improvement from our ninth place position under the Cooper Administration. Our students are learning more and have a brighter future because the standards, expectations, and policies are the right ones, not because more money is being pumped into the system. The private sector, especially the private universities, know best how to help each student succeed. This system has proven to work, therefore I see no reason for bureaucracy to come and try to handle this.

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election.
