Voting deadline: November 3704

Description[?]:

honorable members of the congress, I am Alejandra Luna-Flores, I am the wife of Evgeny-Kathy, I would want to confuse a crime I've done because I believe it was the right thing, hoverer, I was already sentanced for crime, and I regret my stupid action, which why I had pleaded guilty upon my trial, and I passed three years in jail, I won't tell you the crime I commit because it is irrevelant, what is important is that you know that I have lived in prison.

Prisonner are being taken of their cell every day, from 8 to 12, we have to work, we are then given a little pause and the work start once again from 1 to 5, 8 hours of work, each day, forced and no pay of course. that is not called punishment, that is called slavery

A nation like us should be oppose to slavery, even as punishment, I have encounteered prisonner that deeply regrets the actions they done, even before being condamned and can tell most are normal persons like you and I, they are not evil monsters.

I suggest that prisonners should be able to work voluntary, for a small wage.

Girls that really wanted to Atone for their sins will do it.

Honorable members of the congress, do not fall in hatred, it is much easier to hate then to forgive. but it is much more reconforting to forgive and know that person can change for the best.

It is time to abolish Slavery in our prison.

MessageSenor Presidente,

Those who have committed crimes so serious they have been sentenced to prison should not enjoy a cushy life once they are behind bars. They should be expected to work, and to work hard - at least as hard as ordinary, law-abiding working citizens do. Introducing cushy prisons will make prison less of a deterrent and lead to a rocketing in the crime rate. The point of prison is that it must be a place where people do not want to go.

Danki.

Mr. Santillian

there is a scale between a place people do not want to go and slavery, while I was in prison I was treated like a slave. no, I meant, I was a slave in prison, 56 hours pers week, not stop, unpaid as a punishment, that is nor working as hard as anyone since people are working 40 hours generally, but in prison, we had no pose. Prison was so hard on me, that when I got out, I directly went to hospital,

there is a difference between punishment and revenge,

MessageSenor Presidente,

We remain firmly opposed to the abolition of compulsory labour in prisons. However, we are concerned by the experience the Honourable Lady describes, and would be prepared to support an official inquiry into the state of the prison system and the conditions of prison labour. Prison should be tough, but it should not be inhumane.

MessageSenor Presidente,

Compulsory labour is indeed tough, but being a victim of crime is also an unpleasant experience, and that is why we need to make sure prison acts as a strong deterrent to those who are considering breaking the law.
