Minister Freddis Candela, Minister of Education & Culture, hereby presents this bill, to help ensure that every and any Gaduri citizen or resident can access libraries and museum at an affordable price, instead of having potential pay walls. As well, we are on Union, we should not have discrepancies based on where we live in this union. |
