Message | Senor Presidente, We see no need for this draconian legislation. We are also concerned about the potential implications for religious liberties, since presumably it could criminalise monastical communities of monks and nuns. Victorino Santillian Consul of Gaduridos |

Message | Senor Presidente Our understanding of a gated community is a residential community that enforces a closed perimeter of walls and fences through the use of a strictly controlled entrances and security guards. They are more often than not upscale housing estates, and in my knowledge never monastical communities. The latter do not fall into the category of gated communities. Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
