| Seeing that a ban on abortion with the exception of medical emergencies does not have the necessary votes to pass at the current time, this bill will take a step the right direction by outlawing second trimester abortions. Moreover, it will limit government funding of abortions to only medical emergencies. |

I support the sence of my collegues from the Union Socialist Alliance, we share the same belief, even if we are from opposite sex, we males should control our own bodies and be responsables, instead of trying to control the bodies of the woman. I would not say pregnancy is a disease, because it is not one, hoverer, if us Male could fall pregnant, it would legal for the entire course of trimester, the reality is that females get pregnant, that is misogynistic. If we don't want child we can have a vasectomy, just like woman can control their bodies and deny pregnancy with abortion, we can deny futur pregnancy with vasectomy, does we understand that the Partido Nacional want Vasectomy to be illegal, should we put man who don't want children in jail ?
