MessageMr. Speaker,

in general any national can apply for citizenship and it would be granted to him or her. Just in case someone who doesn't qualify for citizenship finds a way to become a national, we want to keep the current law.
In effect, we could say Hosians are considered nationals, but no chance they can be granted citizenship.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We want anyone to be able to become a citizen of Lodamun, regardless of whre they were born. As long as they pledge loyalty to Lodamun, everything should be fine. We don't choose where we are born, and many would want to live in Lodamun.

You are right, we we're practically sleeping when we did this paperwork. Let us correct that.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Apparently we are still sleeping, because we did not mean to place this into vote. We will vote yes anyways, but feel free to Amend this build so as to allow new citizen through a "qualifying exam".

MessageMr. Speaker,

Rachel Roy has asked me to deal with the issues surrounding current bills. To address the GNRG, we still allow citizens regardless of where they are born. Our current law in relation to that is:

*Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.

It is also possible to have: *Anyone is able to claim nationality. We do not believe in keeping people from becoming Lodamese.

Article 1 is not addressing whether they can become a national, it is stating who we consider citizens. As the current law states, someone can be born in Lodamun, as Lodamese national, but not have citizenship due to the fact that they may not have the proper qualifications for it. That is what we are addressing. We wish all newborns to be Lodamese through and through.

As for Article 2, we believe that any Nationalist would agree that it is Lodamun or Death!
