| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=2791">Friends Of Socialism</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. Baltusia will support any revolution in countries, Baltusia understand the reason why a movement goes toward revolution. Hoverer, Baltusia request ll those revolutionnary movement to follow strick codes, as described in treaty on war, terrorim and revolution, to avoid civilian casaulties. Baltusia Prefer by far, a peacefull revolution which is done by the elections, then by weapons. Baltusia reserve the right to condemn any wrong revolution. |
