The LE would like to propose that only married couples, straight or lgbt, with a decent income can adopt children. We would like to see that these children could grow up in a safe family orientated environment that has his or her best intrest in place. Exemptions; Couples who had in their previous marriages (a) child(ren) and did not adopt the child(ren) in their current marriage could adopt the child(ren) when one of the partners died. Couples who had in previous marriages (a) child(ren) and who are officially engaged and one of the partners dies, then the child(ren) can be adopted by the partner. In case of both parents that are dead, then the child(ren) will be placed within the family and a single person may adopt with a written approval from the 1st and 2nd decree of the family members of the child(ren) |
