Message | Mr. Speaker, We note the concerns expressed about the Treaty, and note also that these concerns have been expressed in other Seleyan nations, such as in Valruzia. Nevertheless, we are strong supporters of the principle of a Seleyan Union, and hope the Treaty can be amended to make it more acceptable to the governments and peoples of Seleya. Sergio Arechavaleta Foreign Affairs spokesman OOC: I see no reason why the Baltusian Delegate shouldn't deliver us a message :). |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Thank you for letting me talk on this bill to strengthen Seleya and nations inside it. I have proposed with other nations that we could switch and change our headquarters at times that way all nations will be equally represented. Nations also receive their own national headquarters as well. As for the concerns of the LNC, the troops that each nation must donate, will stay at the nations national base in this case it's Lodamun's. Nations will only be required to send their troops to help in wars if it is approved by Lodamun directly. My nation has specifically made sure that this treaty will not interfere with nations and this treaty will just be a treaty to strengthen Seleyan Nations and bring them closer together. Charles Simpson, Baltusian Ambassador to Lodamun OOC: The representative is our ambassador :) |

Message | I quote: "ARTICLE 7 (Security Force) The Union will establish a peacekeeping and security force which will defend Seleya as a whole, each nation in the Union shall be obligated to send at least 10,000 troops to the force " This obligates us to provide troops. My party still is not convinced to accept this treaty. Jorisz Vandenborre LNC chairman |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We won't take the words of Baltusians seriously until they withdraw from this treaty: http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=2771 Until they withdraw from the treaty, the ambassador should be expelled. -- Gordon Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Opposition Leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We will go, as soon as we make a final statement, We are currently considering withdrawing from the Condemnation of Lodamun, it might happen in the next 3-4 months it depends on when as we see that Lodamun has made progress. As for Article 7, 10,000 troops does not have to be send as Article 1 states that, "All nations have the right to vote against any laws made by the Union Assembly makes (This counts asUnion Assembly) if it is met by opposition in the home nation" I hope that after hearing that the LNC can re-consider as well as the GNRG now that we are considering withdrawing from the treaty. Charles Simpson, Baltusia Ambassador to Lodamun |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I am not interested in hearing what the Baltusian government is considering. I want to see things happening. I am interested in seeing them wihdraw from the treaty, not hearing that they are "considering" doing it. I am also not pleased with Baltusia trying to judge our internal affairs. We should not have to make "progress" for Baltusia to be "considering" withdrawing from that anti-Lodamun treaty. Baltusia either respects us as a nation, or not. They have no right to judge our internal affairs as if we are obligated to govern in a way that pleases them. This is Lodamun, not New Baltusia. -- Gordon Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Opposition Leader |
