| This bill shall establish the government's policy on working hours where, 01. Eight hours shall come under the standard daily working duration which is subject to normal pay rates. 02. Any duration exceeding eight hours shall be treated as overtime and a rate of 150% of the normal rate shall be applicable for employee salary. |
