MessageThis will give more power to the employer. The Labour movement fought tooth and nail for the 8 hour workday, we fear this will undermine that struggle.

I'm very curious to why CNP feel the need to change this balance. An argument from CNP on this bill would be much appreciated

MessageWe have drafted this bill because Citizens of Solentia have petitioned for us to do so, given where the polls stand on the issues. While we do not espouse such ideals, we cannot ignore the voice of the people.

MessageI see, so it's a purely populist bill? Or is this bill in line with CNP's party platform and would have been created no matter the outcome of the poll?

Random fact: The voters enjoy active parties who take upon themselves the initiative to create laws.

Random quote: On 7th February 4281 a group of renowned Metzist experts from all across Terra met in Haldor to form the International Committee for the Estimation of the End Date of Capitalism (ICEEDC). With the assistance of a powerful computer, they calculated that capitalism will terminate Terra-wide on 6th November 4320, and in Dorvik on April 17th 4310. We have no reason whatsoever to believe these very eminent and learned scholars are wrong. They have never been wrong about anything before. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party
