MessageMr Speaker,

This legislation enshrines in law public indecency and the radical homosexual agenda that we and many sane Zards oppose! When I or any other citizen walk down the street, I do not want some bum naked bozo walking down the street as well. A certain level of public decency and standards must be maintained for the benefit of the community. If you want to do your business nude, go to a private nude beach or colony or do it in your own home. Not in the streets of the community!

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.
