With this bill we will encourage farm yields throughout the nation, increasing food stores and income from crops.***The other two proposals will provide something of a government safety net. We must keep the populace well fed and healthy if the nation is to grow strong. Contracted housing will save Aloria money as opposed to state-owned housing. ***PROPOSAL CHANGE: INDUSTRIAL FARMING CLAUSE REMOVED |

Old value:: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.
Current: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.
Proposed: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government policy regarding housing.
Old value:: Housing policy is to be determined by local governments.
Current: All housing is privately-owned.
Proposed: The state contracts with private companies to provide public housing.
