| (Explanation for bill provided after resolution language) WHEREAS, Kalopia was peacefully in pursuit of a treaty of cooperation with Zardugal; WHEREAS, Kalopia was in the midst of securing better relations with Solentia through a construction of a highway; WHEREAS, both peaceful projects have been haulted; WHEREAS, Deltaria has amassed an army at Kalopia's border; WE RESOLVE to send ground, air, and naval support to ensure that Deltaria does not cross the border into Kalopia. RATIONALE: A threatening message was sent to our western neighbors in Kalopia. This has brought Kalopia to a standstill and they have been unable to continue building their highway to our nation. We therefore call upon all parties to unite in the name of piece and to deploy Solentian troops to Kalopia's western border in order to maintain the peace. Kalopia was threatened for seeking to establish cooperation and relations with Zardugal on the Western Coast of Majatran. They were engaging in peaceful diplomatic missions and Deltaria (the aggressor) is threatening invasion as a result. ======================== ATTACHMENT ======================= Message from the ruler of: http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty.php?partyid=21825 Zardugal is currently attempting to ratify a treaty of cooperation with Kalopia. Up until now, things have been great. Weather conditions have been extremely well and the work ethic of both Kalopia's and the Democratic Republic of Solentia's workers have been amazing. However, a problem has come up along our borders and there is an immense threat to our people and the progress of the highway. We have recently been notified that an enemy is at our borders - demanding talking gibberish. Work along the border has been stopped and only work in a safe protection zone, projected by military will be able to continue work. Sorry for the current situations. We look towards getting this finished - both the enemy at our border and the highway. Thank you Chan for your continuing work with Kalopia and our alliance. | Message | We have requested that Kalopia join the security co-op. Meanwhile, we have no minister of foreign affairs that can draft an embargo treaty. Grand Admiral Hai Fuwan has remained in his post since there needs to be someone in that position in case of attack or situations such as this. |
