Description[?]:

Parliamentary elections are more representative and democratic than presidential elections, and for a parliament to be able to operate parties within it must be responsible for the formation of it's cabinet, otherwise we will frequently see the parliament in stalemate which is damaging to the country, therefore we must enact constitutional change to reduce make the nation more democratic.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: “Where would the weapons and equipment come from once you've banned the defence industry? Will we be defended by all your hippy people hurling potatoes and cabbages?” - Margaret Woodhall, former Dranian politician
