We, the Democratic Labour Party, rise today to introduce the following piece of legislation. It is our firm belief that the head of any government should be directly elected democratically by the people of a nation. A people are not truly free if they cannot directly elect their head of government. |

Also, even if the titles are switched around to make sense, this system is inappropriate for Lodamun. Also, this bill won't make the head of government directly-elected.
