It is our firm belief that the head of any government should be directly elected democratically by the people of a nation. A people are not truly free if they cannot directly elect their head of government.

The head of state would be the Prime Minister and the head of government would be the President? That is nonsense. Also, even if the titles are switched around to make sense, this system is inappropriate for Lodamun.

Also, this bill won't make the head of government directly-elected. This bill will cause the head of state to be directly-elected, and the head of government will still be elected by the Presidium.
