MessageThis bill is highly contradictory: on one hand article 1 promotes privatisation, on the other, articles 5, 6 and 7 are higher on the statism scale than even we are comfortable with. Not to mention the fact that article 6 runs against our common investment policy with Rildanor. Articles 2, 3 and 4 are far too extreme.

We are going to vote no and present a more moderate bill on the environment-related portion. We could be persuaded to vote for articles 5 and 7 separately, and a more moderate version of article 6.

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.
